Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our products, shipping, and more. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just send us an email—we’re happy to help!

  • How do I place an order?
    Simply choose your favorite product from our shop, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to enter your details and complete your purchase.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit and debit cards (processed securely via Stripe) and PayPal.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Since our products are made on demand, production takes 2–7 business days. Once your order is ready, shipping time depends on your location: • Within the U.S.: 2–5 business days • Europe: 7–14 business days (shipping times may vary) • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days Please note: Shipping from the U.S. to destinations outside the U.S. may be delayed due to customs processing or local carrier handling.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping costs are fixed and based on your delivery region. You’ll see the total shipping cost clearly at checkout before placing your order. 📦 Shipping rates (USD): • USA: $6 • Canada: $9.50 • Europe (including Sweden): $8.50 • Rest of the world: $9.50 For unusually large orders, we may need to adjust the shipping cost. If that happens, we’ll always contact you before anything ships.
  • Do you ship outside the U.S.?
    Yes!   • Will I have to pay customs fees for international orders?
    Possibly. For orders delivered outside the U.S., customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws. These fees are set by your local customs authorities and are beyond our control. If applicable, you’ll usually be contacted by your local postal or courier service when the order arrives in your country. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees that may apply.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s progress.
  • Where are my products shipped from?
    At the moment, all orders are produced and shipped from the U.S. We’ve chosen this setup to ensure consistent quality and reliable service while we grow. As we expand, we may start using additional print partners around the world to reduce delivery times and shipping distances.
  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    Since our products are printed and shipped quickly after purchase, we can’t guarantee that address changes can be made once your order is placed. However, if you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@boopitdesign.com, and we’ll do our best to help!
  • Can I return a product if I change my mind?
    Since all Boop It Design products are made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. This is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish law, which excludes custom-made products from the right of withdrawal. 💖 Thank you for understanding – each item is made just for you!.
  • What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
    If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@boopitdesign.com within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include: A clear photo of the problem Your order number A short description of what’s wrong 💖 We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and offer a replacement or refund if the claim is approved!
  • How are your products printed?
    We use high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, sublimation, or embroidery, depending on the product. This ensures vibrant colors and long-lasting designs.
  • What materials are used in your products?
    Materials vary depending on the product type, but we strive to offer high-quality, durable, and well-designed items. You can find specific material details in each product description.
  • What is Print-on-Demand?
    Print-on-Demand means that each product is made only after you place an order, instead of being stored in bulk. This reduces waste and unnecessary shipping.
  • Can I request a custom design?
    At the moment, we do not offer custom orders, but stay tuned—we’re always launching new designs!
