Shipping Policy
We currently ship to most U.S. states only. 🇺🇸

Estimated shipping time
Since our products are made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production. Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping starts at $6. Shipping is calculated based on the number of items in your order, so larger orders may have a slightly higher shipping cost.
You’ll always see the exact shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.

Where we currently ship
At the moment, shipping is available to most U.S. states. While we review new packaging EPR requirements, shipping is temporarily unavailable to:

California, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Oregon and Washington.
​
We hope to reopen shipping to these states once we have a clearer picture of the new requirements.
​
Shipping to Europe is currently paused while we review new EU packaging and EPR requirements. We hope this is temporary. 💛
Return & Exchange Policy
Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or other customer ordering errors.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@boopitdesign.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo showing the issue

If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
