1. General Information
Boop It Design AB operates this website and offers products through a Print-on-Demand model. This means that all items are produced upon order and shipped directly from our Printify print providers.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Ordering & Payment
• All prices are displayed in USD and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to the Print-on-Demand production process.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• All products are made-to-order and require 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
Estimated shipping times:
• United States: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customs & Duties: Customers outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are determined by local authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Returns & Refunds
All Boop It Design products are made-to-order just for you, and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish law (Distansavtalslagen, 2005:59, Chapter 2, Section 11), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized – which includes all our print-on-demand products.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@boopitdesign.com with the following:
✔ A clear photo of the issue
✔ Your order number
Once your claim is approved, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund. 💖
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All designs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Boop It Design AB and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
It is strictly forbidden to:
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs without permission.
• Modify or resell our artwork in any form.
• Use our images, branding, or products for commercial purposes without written consent.
Unauthorized use will result in legal action. Boop It Design actively protects its intellectual property and will pursue legal measures against any infringement.
